The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer accounts, providing accurate and timely information, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Starting pay will be directly correlated to experience and experience in working with Seedware software.
Responsibilities:
Enter orders, transfers, order changes etc.
and maintain customer account files Verify or secure consumer licensure for all traits purchased Contact District Sales Managers weekly for status updates and provide them with seasonal information Provide DSM's with weekly account updates (customer payments, order reports, shipment status, etc) Assist with special projects / meetings requested by DSM's or account manager Schedule and meet with each DSM to settle dealer / customer accounts Assign seed down to the customer level Ensure all returns are finalized and finalize settlements There maybe special projects and meetings that are asked of you throughout the year, being a team player and helping complete these tasks is important Job Types:
