Must be able to supervise and provide training to multiple employees as well as, conduct performance reviews.
Analyzes and organizes office operations and procedures such as bookkeeping, information management, filing systems, requisition of supplies, and other clerical services.
Maximizes office productivity through proficient use of appropriate software applications.
Develops resources that create timely and efficient workflow.
Compiles composite feed reports from individual reports of personnel required by Team Leaders, Location Leaders, Supervisors, or government agencies.
Manage inbound feed ingredient shipments including the coordination of purchase orders, input of purchase orders, work orders, daily and verification of accuracy.
Reconcile various feed accounting differences/discrepancies with appropriate location personnel.
Adjusts errors and complaints.
Respond to feed accounting or procedural questions from outside staff and Albert City personnel as needed.
Studies and standardizes feed procedures to improve efficiency for personnel.
Identifies and resolves feed accounting problems and inconsistencies, determining the appropriate corrective procedures.
Prepare and print product invoices for feed.
Invoice outgoing feed ingredients.
Collect and input cash receipts received from customers and feed vendors.
Backup other functions within the office as requested.
Formulates procedures for systematic retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.
Reviews clerical and personnel records to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
Maintains contact with customers and outside vendors.
You have:
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from four-year college or university; and/or 8-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to work overtime as required Valid Driver License Must be proficient with Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, Outlook) Produce quality work on a consistent and timely basis.
Collaborative approach when collaborating with peers in a multi-location setting.
Helpful, supportive communicator with supervisors and peers Repetitive routines in a variety of work Detailed orientated and excellent organizational skills.
